With 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I opened my private practice in 2018 to focus solely on my clients and their care u2014 without agencies complexities that can get in the way of that focus. That decision has allowed my practice, and my skills, to continue growing ever since.
And yes u2014 I use a lot of humor. Therapy can bring up heavy, difficult things, but that doesn’t mean the process has to feel heavy the whole way through. I believe in creating a space that’s real, warm, and yes, sometimes funny u2014 because healing doesn’t have to mean leaving joy at the door.
I am mainly providing services online only
I’m also honored to serve as an Oklahoma LPC Supervisor, guiding new therapists on their journey toward full licensure u2014 a role I take seriously as a way of giving back to the field that’s given me so much.
